The biomass pellet machine compresses agricultural and forestry waste (wood chips, straw, etc.) into high-density fuel pellets to replace fossil energy. The core components include rollers, molds and power systems.
▶ Working principle
The raw materials are softened at 120-180℃ and passed through the annular mold holes under 50-100MPa high pressure to form 6-12mm standard pellets with a calorific value of 4300-4800kcal/kg.
▶ Technical advantages
Energy-saving and high-efficiency: Power consumption per ton of pellets ≤50kW·h
Flexible raw materials: Moisture tolerance reaches 15%-25%
Automatic lubrication: Bearing life increased to 8000 hours
▶ Environmental value
Carbon emission reduction 90% (compared with coal burning)
The burning ash is only 0.5%-3%, which is much lower than the original mass
Pellet density 1.1-1.4g/cm³, reducing transportation costs
Application scenarios: Home heating (80% of household pellet stoves in the EU), industrial boilers (replacing diesel), and biomass power plants. A medium-sized machine processes 3,000 tons of straw per year, which is equivalent to protecting 200 acres of forest.
